We initiate projects with an up-front assessment of an organization’s skills and knowledge gaps. We also can assess how well available trainings and materials are currently meeting the training need. Our specialists and associates work in conjunction with our clients to determine the appropriate level, timing, and depth of an assessment. Assessment strategies may include the use of surveys, task analyses, one-on-one interviews, or focus groups.
