Join us for an hour of self-care with a slow and easy yoga class tailored for women over 40. This live online class is designed for beginners, all bodies (flexible or not), and experienced yogis. The class will include yogic breathing, meditation, and yoga poses for bodies over 40. No need to leave your home. Join us via internet/live online streaming.
No special equipment is needed.
Bring a yoga mat or large towel, a firm chair with a back, a 2-3 inch thick book or yoga block, and 2-3 small pillows.
Bring an open mind and heart.
