Yoga Terms and Conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions (the Terms) for Center of the Heart, LLC (COH) yoga classes before booking a class, workshop, or event or purchasing a subscription. By booking a class, workshop, or event or purchasing a subscription, at the end of this document you are confirming that you (the client) have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them.  The Terms together with the items listed below, constitute a contract between you and us (COH).

Terms and Conditions are as follows:

General

  1. COH offers live online classes, workshops, and events that can be booked online via our website (www.centeroftheheart.org/live-online-learning).

    • Classes may vary in duration from 30-75 minutes. A single class is $14 unless otherwise indicated as free or donation based.

    • Workshops and events may have a different duration and price than classes.

  2. Payment must be made online via our website upon booking classes, workshops, or events.

  3. Zoom links for services should not be shared with others.

  4. Prices may increase over time to reflect increases in costs and benefits. We will provide at least 2 weeks notice of price increases by email.

  5. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

  6. All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.

Create an Online Account

  1. Create an online account to save your information for your convenience when booking or purchasing. After you select the “Complete Appointment” button at the end of booking a class, find the “Register for an Account” button under the “thank you” image. To create an account, select the “Register for an Account” button and enter your email address and create a password.

  2. In your online account, you can find:

    • the classes you’ve booked

    • certificate codes for class passes and subscriptions

    • Zoom links for classes you’ve booked

  3. An online account, saves your registration information and agreement with the liability waiver and terms and conditions.

Log-in to Your Online Account

  1. You can log-in to your online account by selecting the “Log-in” at the top right of the screen. It says “Returning? Log-in?”

  2. Enter your email address and the password that you created.

Booking Classes

  1. Classes must be booked at least 1 hour before the class start time.

  2. Classes require payment at the time of booking via our website. Credit or debit cards can be used for payment.

  3. Class passes or unlimited monthly subscriptions can be purchased and used for payment of yoga classes. To use a class pass/subscription to pay for a class, select the “Redeem Coupon or Package” button and enter the class pass/subscription “certificate code.” You can access your class pass/subscription certificate code in your online account and your class pass/subscription confirmation email.

  4. After booking a class, COH will send you a confirmation email with the information to join the live online Zoom class.

  5. Time and Recurring Menu: after you’ve selected a time and date for your class, you may see a menu with “time” and “recurring.

    • Time: If you select “time,” you will be able to book one additional time and date for the same class. For example, if you select Slow Your Roll Yoga (June 2 at 7 pm) and then “time,” you will be able to book an additional date/time for that same class (Slow Your Roll Yoga | June 23 at 7 pm).

    • Recurring: If you select “recurring,” you will be able to book additional times/dates for multiple classes of the same kind. For example, if you select Slow Your Roll Yoga (June 2 at 7 pm) and then recurring, you will be able to book the next 3 dates/times for that same class (Slow Your Roll Yoga | June 9 at 7 pm; June 16 at 7 pm; and June 23 at 7 pm).

Unlimited Monthly Subscriptions

  1. You can purchase an unlimited monthly yoga subscription, which entitles you to an unlimited number of live online yoga classes during each 30-day period that you are subscribed.

  2. The timeframe for the 30-day period starts on the date that you purchase your monthly subscription. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription on June 14, your monthly subscription period is from June 14 to July 13.

  3. When you purchase an unlimited monthly yoga subscription, your credit/debit card will be automatically billed on the same day of each month (auto-renew) until you cancel your subscription. The auto-renew day of the month is the same day of month as your subscription purchase date. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription on June 14, your auto-renew date is the 14th of the month.

  4. After you pay for the subscription, the subscription certification code will be shown on the confirmation webpage. Select the “Schedule” button to book a class. You can also access your subscription certificate code in your online account and your subscription confirmation email.

  5. After you pay for the subscription, your order confirmation will show a "certificate code" and a purple "Schedule" button. Select the purple "Schedule" button to book a class. You can also access your subscription certificate code in your online account and your class pass confirmation email.

  6. Subscriptions are assigned to individual clients and may not be shared between clients.

  7. You can update or change your credit/debit card in your online account on our website

  8. Monthly subscriptions cannot be refunded.

  9. To cancel your monthly subscription, you must cancel it BEFORE the auto-renew date for upcoming month using your online account on our website. A monthly subscription must be cancelled before it auto-renews to prevent billing. We cannot refund a monthly subscription after you have been billed. Please allow 72 hours to process your cancellation.

  10. If you cancel your subscription, you may lose your existing subscription rate.

  11. If your auto-renew payment fails for any reason, your subscription may be cancelled.

  12. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to cover the monthly auto-renew. Should a payment be declined for any reason, COH reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any debt owed.

  13. COH is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.

  14. Subscriptions may not be used for workshops and events.

Class Passes

  1. You can purchase a class pass which entitles you to a set number of classes at a lower price than booking single classes. COH offers 4, 8, or 12-class passes as follows:

    • 4-Class Pass = $52 ($4 savings)

    • 8-Class Pass = $96 ($24 savings)

    • 12-Class Pass = $132 ($48 savings)

  2. Class passes must be used to book classes within six months of purchase of the class pass. After this period, any unused credits expire.

  3. After you pay for the class pass, your order confirmation will show a "certificate code" and a purple "Schedule" button. Select the purple "Schedule" button to book a class. You can also access your class pass certificate code in your online account and your class pass confirmation email.

  4. Class passes are assigned to individual clients and may not be shared between clients.

  5. Class passes may not be used for workshops and events.

  6. Class passes cannot be suspended or extended.

Coupons

  1. COH may offer coupons codes for discounts on services, and they will have different terms and conditions. When coupons become available, COH will announce them via our newsletter, emails, and/or social media.

  2. To use a coupon to pay for a class, select the “Redeem Coupon or Package” button and enter the coupon code.

Cancellations, Late Cancellations, and No Shows

  1. Classes can be cancelled online via our website or the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Cancellation of classes cannot be made by email.

  2. You may cancel a class booking up to 1 hour before the class start time. Class bookings cancelled 1 hour before class start time will be refunded to the class pass (if applicable). Classes purchased with a credit/debit card and cancelled 1 hour before class start time will receive a coupon for a free class of equal value within 1-3 days.

  3. If you cancel a class booking in less than 1 hour from the class start time or are a no show, a refund to the class card or credit/debit card will not be granted.

  4. Workshops and events will have individual cancellation policies.

Changing a Booking

  1. Classes can be changed online via our website or the reschedule link in your confirmation email. Changes to classes cannot be made by email. You may change your class booking without charge up to 1 hour before the class start time.

  2. Workshops and events will have individual change policies.

If We Cancel Your Booking

  1. In the event that we have to cancel a class that you have booked, we will contact you by email to let you know. At the time of the cancellation, we will credit your class pass (if applicable) or credit/debit card for the price of the cancelled class.

  2. In the event that we have to cancel a workshop or event that you have booked, we will contact you by email to let you know. At the time of the cancellation, we will refund your credit/debit card for the price of the cancelled workshop or event.
