Evening Calm: Deep Rest for Busy Lives

In the hustle and bustle of life, finding time to truly rest can feel impossible. This monthly 75-minute live, online class offers a sanctuary for busy professionals, parents, caregivers, and anyone seeking a moment of peace. We’ll begin with gentle, mindful movements and restorative yoga poses to release physical tension and ease your body into a state of calm. From there, you’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful, meditative practice designed to help you recharge, reduce stress, and cultivate mental clarity and emotional balance.

 

This session is perfect for all levels. No prior yoga experience is required. Whether you’re looking to reset after a long week, prepare for the week ahead, or simply take a break for yourself, this practice provides the rest you deserve in a way that fits into your busy life.

This accessible yoga class does not require standing or getting down on the floor. You can do all the practices sitting in a chair or lying on a couch or the floor. The class is appropriate for all body types, ability, flexibility, and strength. This yoga-based rest and relaxation class will include gentle movements, restorative poses, and breathing techniques to unwind and relax, culminating in a guided Yoga Nidra session and allowing students to reclaim their calm.
